Head Merlin: coq au vin

This episode is the first of three episodes that I have produced, based on French cuisine. In this episode I show you how to make Coq au Vin. Actually, what I did a little 'closer Coq au Vin Jaune, as I cook dry sherry used in place of red wine. Sherry is a fortified wine, the aroma and taste similar to a yellow wine.
